Lukpan Akhmedyarov

I have been working in journalism since 2001. Was the editor-in-chief of the local newspaper "Uralskaya Nedelya" and the editor of the news department at the local television company TDK-42. Winner of the Peter Macler Prize from the organization "Reporters Without Borders" in 2012. Winner of the Mikhail Dorofeyev Prize from the organization "Kazakhstan Press Club" in 2022. Winner of the prize for contribution to the development of Kazakhstani journalism from the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan in 2018. Since 2021, I have been the author and host of the YouTube channel "Just Journalism".
