Hala Nouhad Nasreddine

Hala Nouhad Nasreddine is an award-winning investigative journalist and has been the Head of the Investigative Unit at Daraj Media since October 2020. In this role, she has contributed to several international cross-border investigative projects, including Dubai Unlocked, Cyprus Confidential, The Ericsson List, Pegasus Project, Pandora Papers, Uber Files, and FinCEN Files, among others. She is also a member of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), with her work primarily focusing on financial crime and corruption. Additionally, she is an ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Previously, Nasreddine served as an investigative fellow at the Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism (ARIJ) and was a Project Manager at the international non-governmental organization Berghof Foundation (Beirut Office). She holds an MA in International Affairs and a BA in Communication Arts - Journalism, with a Minor in Political Science.
