Giulio Rubino

Giulio Rubino is an investigative journalist and co-founder of Investigative Reporting Project Italy, a centre for investigative journalism based in Italy which is part of the Global Investigative Journalism Network and the OCCRP Network. He worked for 15 years as an investigative reporter mainly focused on organised crime and drug traficking, but also on financial frauds, smuggling and most recently on the climate crisis and sanction evasion. Since 2022 he is the co-editor in chief of IrpiMedia, an online investigative magazine produced by IRPI.
