Emircan Saç

I am a freelance journalist with experience in fact-checking, project development, and NGO work. I previously served as Head of Project Development at Teyit, one of Turkey’s leading fact-checking organizations, where I also contributed directly to verification efforts. In 2024, I was selected as a Solutions Journalism Network Fellow, receiving specialized training in climate reporting and solutions-focused journalism. In addition to my media experience, I have worked with the Hrant Dink Foundation and the Genç Hayat Foundation, gaining valuable insight into the NGO sector. I am currently seeking opportunities to further develop my journalism skills, particularly at the intersection of fact-checking and climate reporting.
