Eduardo Goulart is a journalist and Brazil editor at the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP). He specializes in investigations into organized crime, corruption, and environmental crimes, and has contributed to award-winning cross-border projects such as NarcoFiles, Bruno and Dom, and Los Señores del Oro. He curated Abraji’s Google Pinpoint partnership and taught digital investigations in the postgraduate programme at Insper (2022–2023). Eduardo has spoken at GIJC, Colpin, and Abraji, and has provided OSINT trainings for institutions including UC Berkeley, School of Data, and ICFJ. As a freelance reporter, he has exposed illegal mining on Indigenous lands, timber trafficking, and pandemic-related fraud, with work published in outlets such as piauí, The Intercept Brasil, Vice Brasil, Deutsche Welle Brasil, and Mongabay.
