Edgardo is a journalist and editorial director of Ruido. He studied at the Faculty of Communication Sciences (National University of Córdoba), where he earned a bachelor's degree in Social Communication. At the newspaper La Voz del Interior, he held positions as editor and assistant editorial secretary until 2022. He coordinated investigative teams and conducted international coverage in countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Lebanon, China, Israel, Turkey, Colombia, and the United States, among others. In 2007, he wrote the book ""In the Name of the Poor"", an investigation into illegal financing of political campaigns with public funds. In 2022, he founded Ruido, a federal network of investigative journalists focused on producing content related to corruption, transparency, disinformation, and access to information in Argentina's 24 subnational states."
