Ayush Krishna Tripathi originally from Partawal Bazar, Uttar Pradesh India, is a journalist and documentary photographer based working in New Delhi India. He worked on migration and displacement issues in Africa in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (United Nations) and Diaspora Africa Media House. He was also a CNN Academy Fellow, focusing on climate change reporting and has previously contributed to the Election Commission of India and the Times of India. Alongside his journalism, he is an documentary photographer, recognized with UNESCO honorable Mention, the Canon Hope of Future Award and the Photography Society (United Kingdom) Award. His work has been exhibited in more than 15 countries and complements his reporting by visually highlighting social, cultural and environmental narratives. His work sits at the intersection of investigative journalism, technology-driven storytelling, and visual documentation, aiming to amplify underrepresented voices, document rural realities, and leverage innovative tools for impactful reporting.
