I am a Palestinian journalist from Gaza and the recipient of the 2024 Martin Adler Award, nominated by The Guardian, for my coverage of the Israeli genocide in Gaza. I have also been nominated by Reporters Without Borders for the UNESCO/Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Prize. I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
