Andres Bermudez Lievano is a Colombian investigative journalist covering the impacts of climate change and socio-environmental conflicts. He has been a journalist and editor at the Latin American Center for Investigative Journalism (CLIP), which fosters cross-border, collaborative investigations in Latin America, since its founding in 2019. His work has largely focused on environmental issues, including supply chains of key energy transition minerals, violence against environmental defenders and irregularities in promising but largely unregulated climate solutions such as the carbon offset market. He is a member of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ), Oxford Climate Journalism Network and the Pulitzer Center Rainforest Investigations Network.
