Andrea Marshall

Andrea Marshall is Program Director at Deutsche Welle’s DW Akademie in Berlin, Germany, for the program Displacement and Dialogue Asia. Her team and its partners support freedom of expression and access to information for displaced people and migrants in Asia. The team also supports exile media and qualifies media practitioners in constructive reporting about displacement and migration. Andrea is also a qualified journalist and journalist trainer. For 20 years, she worked as an editor, reporter and author for the public service broadcaster RBB in the German capital.
