Saska Cvetkovska is an international award-winning investigative journalist based in Skopje, the Western Balkans. Winner of Global Shining Light Award, she is known for exposing corruption, arms trafficking, and Trump-linked disinformation networks. She has faced years of threats, SLAPPs, and government surveillance. As the founder of the Investigative Reporting Lab—a member of the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project—she pioneers in new engaging strategies to make quality information mainstream. IRL’s work has been replicated in the Baltics, the Balkans, and the Middle East. Her current focus is on maximising the impact of independent media through social science, film, and campaigning.
