May Bulman is an editor at investigative newsroom Lighthouse Reports, where she coordinates teams of journalists and carries out investigative reporting to produce stories that are published in some of the world’s leading media outlets. She was previously social affairs correspondent at The Independent, where she covered a range of issues including migration, prisons and welfare. She has won awards for her investigations on migration and modern slavery.
